Cause:1. Excessive minimum pressure on the sliding surface
2. Long continuous pressure appliion time
3. Extremely short strokes
4. Excessive eccentricity (inappropriate bearing)
5. lnappropriate roughness of the contacting surface
6. lnsufficient lubriion ability of the oil used Countermeasuer for
